SPARK - BASEBALL ELITE - (Ages 9 - 14)

What can you expect at this program?
This class is for the competitive BASEBALL/SOFTBALL athlete that has long term goals of pursuing college athletics. As the baseball/softball seasons pickup, it is imperative that our youth athletes continue training to continue to develop their strength and speed. More importantly, athletes train in-season to mitigate the risk of injury that occurs as we naturally lose our offseason gains.
This spring session will focus on power, strength and arm care with less emphasis on speed training as the athletes are getting this exposure during play.
All classes are directed/coordinated by Coach Billy J. Voltaire (former Houston Texans & Denver Broncos Strength Coach/Physical Therapist.)
Class Type:
Elite: Ages 9-11
Prime: Ages 12 - 14
Class Schedule:
Monday: Group A 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM (8 Spots)
Group B 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM (8 Spots)
Thursday: Group C 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM (8 Spots)
CLASS SIZE will be enforced. (8)
Dues are $185 per month (2 Months)
Buckley Performance Gym Membership Fee is separate and not included in this subscription.
