Founder’s Story
I didn’t set out to build a youth athletic program.
I set out to solve a problem I kept seeing — and living — in real time.
The problem wasn’t just physical.
It was mental — kids and adults afraid to pursue their goals, afraid to fail, or never taught how to. I saw talented athletes freeze under pressure, or never reach their potential because they lacked belief, direction, or the resilience to keep going when it got hard.
I learned those lessons early. Growing up in Queens, New York, I didn’t have everything, but I had sports — and sports taught me everything. They gave me structure, discipline, and the ability to get back up after setbacks. Those same lessons guided me through earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, working six years in the NFL, and now into my journey as a young entrepreneur.
SPARK & VOLT was born from that experience — from the understanding that performance isn’t just about speed, strength, or skill. It’s about mindset. It’s about teaching kids the same steps that shaped me: vision, belief, consistency, and the courage to fail forward.
That’s what we stand for.
A program built not just to develop athletes — but to build people who are confident, capable, and unafraid to chase greatness.
Because once you learn how to handle failure, you stop fearing it — and that’s where growth truly begins.
