Frequently Asked Questions

What age should my child start training?

We train athletes as young as 6 years old. At younger ages, sessions focus on coordination, body control, and movement fundamentals. As athletes mature, we gradually progress to strength, speed, and power development - always age - appropriate and supervised by professional coaches.

Is strength strength safe for kids?

Yes. When properly coached, strength training is safe and beneficial for youth athletes. It improves coordination, bone density, and injury resistance. All of our programs follow evidence-based methods designed by sports performance and physical therapy professionals to ensure safety and long term development.

What makes VOLT & SPARK different from other training facilities?

We combine sports performance coaching with the science of physical therapty to develop complete athletes - not just faster or stronger ones, but more durable ones. Our coaches emphasize movement quality, mindset, and long term progression instead of short - term wins.

Do you train athletes for all sports?

Yes! Our methods develop the core qualities that transfer across all sports - speed, agility, strength, power and resilience. We train athletes from baseball, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, volleyball and more

What is the difference between VOLT and SPARK?

Both are athletic development programs. However, SPARK is geared towards youth athletes and giving them the head start on developing mental and physical qualities that most adult athletes still need to develop. VOLT is our high school, college and professional program.
